Integrated media campaign for luxury home brand

Led a multi-channel campaign to build awareness for Pacaso’s luxury home co-ownership model, reaching affluent families in major markets (NYC, LA, SF).

Channels included: Out-of-home, private aviation terminals, streaming audio, OTT/CTV, programmatic, direct mail, and digital (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

Branding for an undeveloped luxury land sale

Played a key role in branding a rare, vacant parcel in Bel Air, marketed through imaginative build concepts like a championship golf course, equestrian center and vineyard compound. Deliverables included renderings, sitemaps and custom website.

As part of the naming process, our team developed Senderos Canyon, which became the property’s identity and garnered press coverage. I collaborated with the design team on visual direction, coordinated with vendors on renderings and site plans, built the website and partnered with the sales team to bring the vision to market.

Led media planning and creative project management for an out-of-home campaign across hundreds of EV chargers in Los Angeles, targeting high-net-worth individuals at a time of rising EV adoption. Secured placements with the EV charging partner and ensured cohesive, high-impact brand messaging in key city locations.

Social media campaign for E-bike launch

Managed social media for the launch of the Sondors Thin e-bike, building excitement and driving sales through Facebook and Instagram.

Covered the San Francisco launch event in real time, interviewing a passionate community of brand loyalists and e-bike owners to create authentic, engaging content. Also collaborated with videographer on a brand commercial — even making a brief on-camera cameo during the shoot.
